Teacher: Born and raised in North Carolina, McKenzie Drake is no foreigner to sweet tea and the all-inclusive "y'all." After graduating from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, in 2017 with a BA in Art and Political Science, McKenzie enjoys inspiring others to think creatively in and out of the studio. Her art has been featured in multiple group juried exhibitions, community-based events, and is featured in the Rhodes College permanent collection. She now is continuing her practice as the William Hollingsworth Fellow at the Mississippi Museum of Art, where she is leading family and studio programming. McKenzie is currently practicing in Jackson, Mississippi.
